Ms. Meenaxi Rawat assumed the charge of Chief Vigilance Officer of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai, on 15th September 2021. She is an Indian Economic Service Officer of 1993 batch in the rank of Additional Secretary in Government of India. On 9th November 2022, Ms. Meenaxi Rawat has also been assigned with additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer of Goa Natural Gas Private Limited.

Ms. Meenaxi Rawat has served in the Government of India for 29 years in Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Railway Board, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Labour & Department of Atomic Energy in the areas of Finance, Budget, Project Appraisal, Consumer welfare, Labour laws, Industrial and Public Policy. She holds M.A. & M. Phil in Economics from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
